WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A CATERING PACKAGE?

Every package includes 2 hours of unlimited food service banquet style*, 2-3 servers, grilled onions and jalapeños, fresh cilantro and onion, green (mild) and red (spicy) salsa, 9" styrofoam plates, napkins, individually wrapped plastic utensils, (2) 6' tables, and black linens

Removing one of these items does not affect your quote. Upgrades are avaiable.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BOOK?

Please select “Request a Quote.” Our team will then text you with a customized quote. We will then email or text you an invoice via Square that includes all of the details for your event. 

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. 100% payment is due at the event, unless otherwise communicated. No interest payment plans.

What happens with the leftovers?

They are all yours to keep! Please remember that we do not provide containers unless they are purchased.

Can I SCHEDULE A TASTING?

We offer tastings once a month. Each plate is $15 and must be picked up in West Sacramento, CA. Please contact us for more details.

What is the earliest I can book?

We accept bookings up to 1 year in advance.
